HARC (Hagerstown Area Religious Council) is offering Candidate Forums for the 2026 election in partnership with the League of Women Voters and the Washington County Library. Forums are free and open to the public with non-partisan moderation, and all candidates will be invited. The dates are on our events page.
HARC is looking for input from the community and is asking that you share your questions that you would like asked of the Board of Education and County Commissioner candidates during the forum.
